These terms cover the use of alignagrotech.com, operated by Align Agrotech Private Limited. They do not cover the sale of a tractor — that is governed by the sale documents you sign at the showroom.
What this website is
An information and enquiry service. Sending an enquiry here does not book, reserve or buy anything, and does not create a contract. It starts a conversation.
Using it fairly
- Give accurate details. We call the number you give us.
- Do not submit enquiries on someone else’s behalf without their agreement.
- Do not upload anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to share.
- Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site.
Forms are rate-limited. Sending a great many enquiries in a short time will be refused automatically.
Files you upload
You keep ownership of what you upload. You give us permission to store and use it for the purpose you sent it — identifying a part, valuing a tractor, assessing an application. We do not publish anything you send without asking you first.
Customer photographs and stories
We publish a customer’s photograph, name or words only with their written permission. If you have given permission and change your mind, tell us and we will take it down.
Accuracy
We take care to keep this website correct, but specifications, prices, availability and offers change. See the disclaimer for what is indicative and what is firm.
Other companies’ names
Eicher and its model names are trademarks of their owner. We use them as an authorised dealer of those products. Other manufacturers named on this site — for example on the exchange page — are named only to describe a tractor you may own.
Availability of the site
We aim to keep this website running, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or free of faults. If something is broken, telling us is the fastest way to get it fixed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Purba Bardhaman, West Bengal have jurisdiction.
