Align AgrotechAuthorised Eicher Dealer

Service & support

When a tractor stops in the field, that is when a dealer is judged. Periodic service, breakdown assistance, seasonal camps and warranty work — from our Burdwan workshop, by people who know your machine.

Service request

Describe the problem and where the tractor is. A photo or short video helps more than a paragraph.

We call on this number. WhatsApp works too.
Up to 6 files, 8 MB each. Photos or PDF.

Stored securely and routed to the service team. We do not sell or share your details.

Breakdown in the field

Call the service number and share your location. Where the fault can be handled on site, we come to you.

Warranty work

Bring the service book. Warranty jobs are logged against your chassis number so the history stays with the machine, not with us.

Service camps

Free check-up camps run through the season, block by block. Upcoming camps are published on the Events page.

Genuine parts

Every job uses genuine Eicher parts with warranty. Ask and we will show you the part and the box it came out of.

Keep it running

Service schedule

A guide, not a rule — hours matter more than months if you are running heavy implements or working wet land.

First

50 hours

First service. Oil change, filter check, bolt torque and hydraulic check after run-in.

Then

Every 250 hours

Engine oil and filters, air cleaner, clutch and brake adjustment, greasing.

Yearly

Full inspection

Hydraulics, steering, electricals and tyres — best done before the season starts, not during it.

Always

Before heavy work

Before a long rotavator or haulage run, get it checked. Ten minutes beats a day lost.

Before you ask

Service questions

What happens if my tractor breaks down in the field?

Call the service number for your nearest branch and describe the problem with your location. Where the fault can be handled on site we come to you; where it cannot, we arrange to bring the tractor in.

How often should a tractor be serviced?

Hours matter more than months. First service at 50 hours, then roughly every 250 hours, with a full inspection once a year — earlier if you run heavy implements or work wet land.

Do you service tractors bought elsewhere?

Yes. We would rather keep a machine running than turn it away. Warranty work has to follow the manufacturer's rules, but ordinary service and repair does not depend on where you bought it.

Can I send a video of the problem?

Please do. A ten-second video of a noise or a warning light tells our technician more than a paragraph, and often means we arrive with the right part already on the vehicle.

Also

Need a part rather than a service?

Photograph it and send it. You do not need to know what it is called.
