I do not know what the part is called. Can you still help?
Yes, and this is the normal case. Photograph the part, or the place on the tractor where it sits, and send it with your model. Identifying parts from photographs is routine for our counter staff.
How do I know a part is genuine?
Ask to see the box. Genuine Eicher parts come in manufacturer packaging with a part number, and they carry warranty. If anyone cannot show you the box, ask why.
What if the part is not in stock at my branch?
We tell you honestly how long it takes rather than saying it will arrive tomorrow. Common service parts are usually on the shelf; less common items are ordered in.
Do you supply parts for tractors bought elsewhere?
Yes. Genuine parts are sold to anyone running an Eicher, regardless of which dealer sold the machine.
